## Description

CINCIA, the Amazonian Scientific Innovation Center, is an organization focused on building the scientific capacity needed to restore ecosystems and mitigate environmental threats across the Amazon. Its work turns research into practical conservation action, with a strong emphasis on areas affected by artisanal and small-scale gold mining.
