The International Potato Center (CIP) is a research-for-development organization that focuses on potato, sweetpotato, and Andean roots and tubers. Since its establishment in 1971, CIP has been dedicated to delivering science-based solutions to improve access to affordable, nutritious food, promote sustainable business and employment growth, and enhance the climate resilience of root and tuber agri-food systems.
