## Description

CISCUP Foundation is a community-focused organization dedicated to empowering Somali youth through sports, education, leadership, and engagement. Based in Westerville, Ohio, it creates opportunities for young people to grow, connect, and succeed while helping build a stronger, more connected community.

A central part of CISCUP’s work is its annual Columbus Indoor Soccer Cup tournament, which brings teams and community members together through competitive play and teamwork. The foundation also organizes community events that celebrate culture and encourage service, alongside leadership programs designed to inspire young people to become changemakers. Its activities emphasize mentorship, education, and positive opportunities for youth.

CISCUP shares tournament news, event updates, and community highlights through its website and social media, and invites supporters to subscribe for updates or contribute through donations. Led by director Bashir Gelle, a former CISCUP player, the foundation continues to develop its events and programs. In 2025, CISCUP celebrates the tournament’s 20th anniversary, marking two decades of impact and community connection.
