## Description

Citizens Save Lives, also known as Bürger retten Leben e.V., is an initiative focused on helping people receive support more quickly during emergencies. Its mission is to connect people in urgent need with nearby defibrillators and first responders, with the aim of making critical assistance easier to access when every second matters. The initiative offers a mobile app designed to support these connections in emergency situations. The app has been temporarily suspended because of financial constraints, and the organization acknowledges the impact of this pause while emphasizing that its mission remains unchanged. Citizens Save Lives says it is working to return as soon as possible, though no specific relaunch date is provided. The organization thanks users for their trust and understanding and invites questions by email at info@citizenssavelives.com. Its website provides information in German, English, and French, along with legal notice and privacy information. Citizens Save Lives is committed to linking people in distress with practical emergency resources and first responders, while it works toward resuming its app service.
