City Market, Onion River Co-op, is a community-owned food cooperative dedicated to serving the residents of Burlington, Vermont, and the larger community. With two locations in beautiful Burlington, our stores offer a wide range of local, organic, and conventional foods, as well as thousands of Vermont-made products. From our Downtown to South End stores, we are committed to providing a large selection of high-quality products to our customers every day.

In addition to our diverse range of food options, we also offer various services to meet our customers' needs. Enjoy our hot and cold food bar, grab-and-go meals, coffee and tea, made-to-order sandwiches, and deli. Our goal is to strengthen the local food system and support the local economy by collaborating with over 400 independent Vermont farmers, producers, and businesses.

As a member-owned cooperative, we prioritize accountability. In profitable years, Co-op members receive profits through our Patronage Refund program. Our commitment extends to our community, as we strive to create a thriving and healthy environment with progressive choices, enhanced quality of life, and a supported cooperative model.
