## Description

Civic Champs is a Public Benefit Corporation that provides volunteer management software for nonprofits and community organizations. Its platform is designed to reduce administrative work and help organizations recruit, coordinate, and engage volunteers more effectively. Serving causes such as animal welfare, education, hunger relief, housing, and arts and culture, Civic Champs offers tools for managing volunteer information, including contact details, questionnaires, waivers, credentials, notes, activities, hours, and donations.

Organizations can create events with locations, shifts, roles, and onboarding details, then share registration links and monitor volunteer sign-ups. Check-in and check-out options include a kiosk, the volunteer app, or the administrator app. Reporting tools let users filter and export data across volunteers, events, activities, groups, registrations, and other records, supporting grant writing and return-on-investment calculations. Civic Champs also offers messaging, integrations with platforms such as Little Green Light and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, and customer support through its staff, live chat, and knowledge base. The company aims to help nonprofits spend less time on administration and more time serving their communities.
