## Description

The Clube de Karaté Conceição de Faro – Estoi is a karate club serving the communities of Conceição de Faro and Estoi in Portugal. It guides children and young people through karate training, introducing discipline, techniques and personal development in a welcoming setting. Children’s programs are available from age four, while youth classes are designed for participants aged ten and over, offering a constructive way to manage everyday stress and build focus.

The club practices Tani-Ha-Shito-Ryu, a system developed by Master Tani, and follows a technical program approved by the Technical Council of the Algarve Karate Union, affiliated with the Portuguese National Karate Federation. Training is divided by age group and held at two local dojo locations on weekday evenings. The club is led by Sensei César Martins, a fourth-dan Shito-Ryu instructor and Level II coach with a background in physical education and competitive karate.

Its program emphasizes benefits including self-defense, agility, coordination, self-discipline and confidence. The club also shares news and event information, including competition updates and community activities.
