## Description

CKEA is the French Canoe-Kayak School in Auxonne, offering paddling activities on the Saône for children and adults. The club welcomes people seeking leisure, competition, outdoor adventure, or a relaxed outing on the water, with programmes suited to different ages and experience levels. Its paddling school provides introductory and skills-development sessions for children aged 8 to 16, with opportunities to pursue recreational kayaking or competition. Adults can also take part in leisure activities, while seasonal summer courses give young participants a chance to discover kayaking or improve their abilities over five afternoons.

CKEA offers equipment rentals and guided or organised experiences, including canoe trips, a waterway trail, and group visits. Events and community activities include free introductory sessions, open days, treasure hunts, river outings, and sporting competitions. The club also promotes activities such as dragon boat paddling and a local duathlon. Located at Auxonne’s outdoor recreation base, CKEA provides options for beginners and experienced paddlers, with activities focused on enjoying the river, learning new skills, and sharing time on the water.
