Founded in honor of Clara Hopkins, who underwent life-saving open-heart surgery at five days old, the organization works to help families access the care and resources they need. Its fundraising supports the Congenital Heart Center at OSF Children’s Hospital of Illinois, including the launch of a neurological development program that supports children’s learning at every stage. The foundation also promotes awareness, encourages community advocacy, and seeks to expand assistance for families navigating congenital heart defects. A central fundraising initiative is the annual CHCH Foundation Golf Outing, which has raised $68,000 over five years for the Congenital Heart Center. The event offers team registration, meals, golf, and opportunities for businesses to participate through sponsorships, hole signs, and raffle donations. Contributions to the foundation help advance its mission of supporting quality care and ensuring families do not have to face the challenges of congenital heart disease alone. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Childrens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/ClarasHeartFoundation) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/chchfoundationltd) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idleopfd5W/w/247/h/247/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792811390612) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idleopfd5W/w/247/h/247/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792811390810) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Bittersweet | #fb6962 | accent | | Rosewood | #590100 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Sen — asset _(google)_ - Sen — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
