## Description

LifeLinks CLASS is a person-centered organization that supports people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers. Its programs help individuals build daily living skills, develop independence, participate in their communities, and pursue meaningful employment. Guided by diversity, inclusion, and opportunity, the organization creates pathways for people to engage in the places where they live and work.

Services include Day Habilitation, where participants strengthen social and physical skills through group and community activities, and Community Based Day Services, which offer choice-led recreation, outings, education, volunteering, and job development. The TREE program provides vocation training and employment opportunities for adults with developmental, cognitive, and mental health challenges. Career and Employment Services assist with job training, placement, and workplace supervision. Adult Family Care offers clinical and financial support to qualifying caregivers who provide care at home.

Additional offerings include family support, independent living, residential programs, shared living, and representative payee services. LifeLinks CLASS also works with area employers to advance inclusive workforce opportunities.
