Classroom Buddies Organisation (CBO) is a non-profit organization founded in 2015, dedicated to mentoring and tutoring high school students in grades 9 to 12 from low-income schools in South Africa. Our team consists of university students and volunteers who aim to empower the youth by providing academic support and resources. We focus on both male and female learners, believing in gender equality and helping them reach their full academic potential. With a 100% matriculation pass rate, we have assisted over 1,000 beneficiaries through various programs. Our vision is to improve the education system, reduce dropout rates, and guide more students into tertiary education. By fostering inclusiveness, respect, teamwork, and equality, we strive to create public value and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
