## Description

Clean Growth Fund is a UK-focused investor backing early-stage climate-tech companies developing solutions for the transition to a low-carbon economy. It provides expert capital to founders and works alongside them to build, scale and grow their businesses, with a stated commitment to long-term partnership. The fund makes first investments of £500,000 to £5 million and reports a portfolio of more than 20 companies across six sectors. These include power, transport, industry, buildings, agrifood and the circular economy. Its portfolio features technologies such as solar asset-management tools, advanced battery materials, lower-carbon industrial heat, fermentation-made biosurfactants and alternatives to chemical agricultural inputs. Clean Growth Fund aims to help promising UK innovators move beyond invention toward industrial-scale deployment, addressing emissions while supporting economic growth and job creation. The organisation invites UK-based low-carbon technology businesses to apply for funding. Clean Growth Investment Management LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and the fund was B Corp certified in 2024.
