## Description

Personnel Security System provides digital reporting tools for organizations managing cleared personnel. It replaces spreadsheet-and-email workflows with a shared process where employees submit required information, facility security officers review it, and actions are recorded in an audit trail. The platform covers foreign contacts, pre-travel notifications and itineraries, travel briefings and debriefings, annual and recurring security training, completion certificates, and reportable events such as financial, legal, cohabitation, media, and foreign-asset matters. It also includes an HR desk with onboarding and offboarding checklists.

Access is organized by role: employees can view their own submissions, facility security officers review records for their facility, and administrators manage access. The system features organization- and employee-scoped records, mandatory authenticator-app multi-factor authentication, encrypted data in transit and at rest, and an append-only log of submissions, reviews, role changes, and exports. Personnel Security System is available as a hosted evaluation or for deployment in a customer’s accredited enclave; the hosted environment is not intended for CUI or classified material.
