# CLFA - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `clfa.org` ## Description The California Licensed Foresters Association (CLFA) is a professional organization representing California’s Registered Professional Foresters (RPFs). Founded in 1980, it advances the shared interests of foresters whose work supports the sustainable management of the state’s forest lands. CLFA’s mission is to cultivate professional excellence and promote continued development of RPF skills. The association serves its members and the wider forestry community through educational resources, professional guidance, and opportunities to connect. Its offerings include workshops, conferences, continuing education classes, presentations, forestry news, employment announcements, and a career mentorship program. CLFA also provides practical materials such as agency information, technical documents, publications, legislative updates, meeting minutes, and guidance on forestry topics. Examples include resources on botanical considerations in timber harvest plans and submitting Northern Spotted Owl survey information to approved plans. CLFA organizes events for professional learning and engagement, including its annual conference and scheduled workshops. It also welcomes new members and accepts donations to support the association’s work. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Environmental Science _(under Science and Education)_ - 🎗 Community and Society ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/California-Licensed-Foresters-Association-170844613635161) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/clfa_communication) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idD6VK194x/w/225/h/96/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790973156677) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idD6VK194x/w/400/h/400/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790973156758) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Mountain Meadow | #1cae5d | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Aqua Island | #abe0db | light | ## Fonts - proxima-nova — asset _(custom)_ - Helvetica Neue — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
