## Description

The Cercle Lozérien de Généalogie (CLG48) is a genealogy association dedicated to family history in the French department of Lozère. Founded in 2016, it helps members and the public explore local records and develop their genealogical research. The association offers access to online resources and research tools, including indexes of parish and civil registration records, notarial record inventories, a notarial document viewer, and a map of Lozère’s communes. Its resources also include a collection of unindexed documents, a guide to archival services in Lozère, and a tool for converting dates between the Republican and Gregorian calendars.

CLG48 supports researchers through local branches and office hours, genealogy and palaeography workshops, online training, and public meetings and events.
