Clifford Beers Community Care Center has been dedicated to the well-being of families for over a century. As mental health practitioners, we provide a comprehensive range of services to support the physical, behavioral, and social needs of children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Our services include outpatient mental health care, in-home services, community specialized services, autism/ID/DD services, school-based services, trauma training and consultation, assessment (psychological testing), and mobile crisis intervention services.

We strive to identify the underlying causes behind a child's issues, asking What happened to this child? rather than What is wrong with this child?, to address the whole family's needs. We are proud to be one of the largest providers of child, adolescent, and young adult mental health care in New Haven County. Our dedicated team of trained therapists create a safe and caring environment for 1:1, group, and family sessions.
