## Description

Clifton Rugby & Sports Club is a community sports organisation in North Taranaki, New Zealand, combining a strong local heritage with pathways for grassroots and competitive rugby. It is the region’s largest junior rugby sports club, offering young players a supportive environment to learn the game, build skills and form lasting connections. The club also fields senior teams across grades including Premiership, Division 1, Division 2, Colts and Women’s, providing options for players at different stages and levels of experience.

Beyond playing, Clifton supports the development of coaches, managers and officials, and offers an academy pathway. Its facilities include clubrooms, fields and a gymnasium, with spaces available to book. On-site accommodation can be hired by visiting teams, sports groups and others, helping make the club a base for sporting events and tournaments. The club also provides fixtures and results information, player registration and merchandise. With an emphasis on inclusion, growth and excellence, Clifton welcomes members, supporters and visitors to take part in its sporting community.
