Clima-Med is a brand that focuses on acting for climate in the South Mediterranean region. They are dedicated to supporting sustainable energy policies and strategies at both national and local levels. Their main objective is to provide technical assistance for the formulation and implementation of local Sustainable Energy Access and Climate Action Plans (SEACAPs) in accordance with the Global Covenant of Mayors principles. Clima-Med also works towards enhancing the capacities of their partner countries to implement and update Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), as well as developing adaptation and mitigation plans. They prioritize accessing climate finance mechanisms to facilitate investments and support the implementation of these actions on a larger scale.
