Climate Corps is an innovative 10-month fellowship program designed to empower the next generation of climate leaders while addressing the urgent challenges of climate change. Operated by Strategic Energy Innovations (SEI), this fellowship collaborates with nonprofits, businesses, and local governments to implement impactful greenhouse gas reduction projects. Participants gain hands-on experience in sustainability project management, working on diverse initiatives such as energy efficiency, urban resilience, and environmental justice.

Through rigorous training and mentorship, fellows develop essential skills to enhance their career prospects while contributing to meaningful climate actions. Projects may involve strategic outreach for energy efficiency, community engagement in climate initiatives, and advocacy for sustainable policies. The program not only fosters professional growth but also accelerates organizations' sustainability objectives by placing dedicated fellows in roles that support climate action.
