## Description

Climate Positive Design is an initiative focused on helping designers of the built environment reduce the climate impact of their projects and contribute to a healthier, more resilient future. Its work encourages professionals to measure and lower emissions while increasing carbon sequestration, biodiversity, cooling, and equity. The organization offers Pathfinder, a tool for assessing project impact and supporting climate action, alongside the Climate Positive Design Challenge, which encourages projects to sequester more carbon than they emit while creating habitat and resilient communities. Its resources include the IMPACT Studio, a project design service intended to improve environmental outcomes, and a Toolkit for strengthening project impact. Climate Positive Design also shares educational materials, research, award-winning design examples, and guidance, including a UN guide and information on adaptation and resilience. Through advocacy, education, design initiatives, and events such as workshops, keynotes, and webinars, it invites practitioners and supporters to take action. Sponsors, donors, civil champions, advisory partners, and collaborators help support and inform its efforts.
