Central Lake Ontario Conservation (CLOCA) is a local, community-based environmental organization that is dedicated to managing and protecting watershed resources in Ontario. Established in 1958, CLOCA has jurisdiction over a vast area of over 639 square km, encompassing the watershed boundaries of 4 major watercourses and 18 minor watercourses.
