## Description

The Cloncurry & District Show Society organizes the Cloncurry District’s annual agricultural show, a community event held each June. The 2026 show is scheduled for June 12 and 13, with tickets, a program, section information and entry details available through the society. Visitors can explore a varied program that includes cattle and horse sections, ring events, arts, dog jumping and the Ringers Rally, which also features a junior rally. The returning Show & Shine invites participants to bring their vehicles, while the Cattlemen’s Evening offers a separate ticketed event. Artists can enter work in the art section, subject to requirements such as framing and ready-to-hang presentation; junior entry limits apply to some classes. The society also provides information about trade sites and tenders, sponsorship, membership, the committee and the show’s history. It invites community members to become members and support the event, and shares updates through its social media channels. The society is proudly supported by the Queensland Government through the Show Societies Grants Program.
