## Description

Clotilde Poné La Mesa is a food and travel blog created by Josefina Mereb, an Argentine graphic designer, home cook, and full-time blogger living in Chile. Bringing together her love of cooking, travel, and discovering new flavors, the site invites readers to explore food through practical recipes and culinary travel guides.

Its recipe collection covers desserts, baking, breakfasts, snacks, and quick meals, with dishes such as coconut treats, mandarin cake, apple crumble, tres leches, and Uruguay’s Chajá cake. Recipes are labeled with useful details, including preparation time, skill level, and dietary categories such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and low-carb.

The blog also features gastronomic tourism, with recommendations and guides to places to eat in Santiago de Chile and destinations abroad, including London’s Borough Market. Articles offer a personal perspective, drawing on the author’s experiences as an Argentine living in Chile and her interest in food tours and local cuisine. Clotilde Poné La Mesa helps readers find inspiration for cooking at home and discovering food while traveling.
