CloudNordic is a brand that offers a range of cloud services to businesses. Unfortunately, in the early hours of Friday, August 18, 2023, CloudNordic fell victim to a ransomware attack, resulting in a complete shutdown of all systems. This includes websites, email systems, customer systems, and more. The attack has severely affected both CloudNordic and its customers. However, CloudNordic's IT team and external experts have been working tirelessly to assess the extent of the damage and determine what can be recovered. Unfortunately, it has proven impossible to restore most of the data, resulting in significant loss for our customers. Despite this challenging situation, CloudNordic has taken steps to reestablish blank systems, allowing customers to regain functionality without the need to migrate their domains. Customers can reach out to support@azero.dk with the subject line GENOPRET to receive login details for a new website and email solution. Additionally, CloudNordic provides guidance on restoring websites and accessing old emails. We deeply apologize for this situation and express our gratitude to our loyal customers who have been with us throughout the years.
