## Description

CloudNow is an outsourced AWS Alliance Management consultancy for SaaS vendors, independent software vendors (ISVs), and managed service providers (MSPs). It operates as an extension of clients’ teams, managing AWS partnerships without the cost of hiring in-house alliance staff. Its services cover day-to-day alliance operations, including APN portal compliance, partner tier progression, Partner Development Manager engagement, and business reviews. CloudNow also helps clients identify, apply for, and manage AWS funding opportunities, such as MAP, MDF, and proof-of-concept credits. For co-selling, it manages ACE opportunities, supports deal registration, and works with AWS field teams to develop pipeline and pursue customer introductions. Additional support includes regional AWS relationships, reporting and deadline tracking, GTM planning, event and Marketplace strategy, and AWS Marketplace listings. CloudNow offers Starter, Growth, and Premium service tiers, with support tailored to a company’s stage and needs. Its process begins with an audit of the existing partnership, then aims to activate alliance activities within 15 days, followed by ongoing pipeline, funding, and relationship development.
