## Description

Clydesdale's Heritage is a vibrant initiative dedicated to fostering interest in the rich history and heritage of the Clydesdale area. Spearheaded by the Lanark and District Archaeology Society (LADAS), this project offers a wide range of programs and activities, both engaging and educational, designed to involve the community in exploring local history. Key initiatives include lecture programs running from September to May, opportunities for field walking and processing historical finds, and partnerships with schools to deliver informative talks and presentations that span from prehistoric times to the 1960s. 

Clydesdale's Heritage also aims to inspire school pupils by allowing them to examine artifacts firsthand. The organization is committed to preserving a diverse collection of artifacts, books, photographs, and documents while also publishing new works, including Clydesdale's Cabinet of Curiosities and The Falls of Clyde. Through collaborations with other organizations and an active social media presence, Clydesdale's Heritage ensures that the captivating history of the region is recorded and shared for future generations.
