Community Nursing Services (CNS) is Utah's oldest non-profit home health and hospice organization, dedicated to serving the community since 1928. At CNS, we understand the importance of compassionate care for individuals and families who have experienced illness or injury. That's why we provide top-quality home health and hospice services, ensuring that patients can receive exceptional care in the comfort of their own homes.

CNS has pioneered numerous home health programs in Utah, such as in-home hospice care, AIDS patient support, and collaborations like the 'Huntsman at Home' program with Huntsman Cancer Institute and the 'Hospital at Home' program with the University of Utah. Additionally, we are the largest provider of mobile flu and vaccination clinics in Utah, offering convenient access to immunizations through on-site clinics located at worksites, places of worship, community fairs, neighborhoods, schools, and walk-in/drive-thru clinics. We strive to make our services accessible to all patients, accepting nearly all types of insurance, including Medicaid.

For those without insurance, our Charitable Care program ensures that they receive the healthcare they need.
