## Description

Coach Wüst is a personal training and performance coaching brand based in Bayreuth, led by Jürgen Wüst. It supports entrepreneurs, self-employed people and others with demanding responsibilities who want to improve their energy, focus, fitness and resilience. The coaching is built around an individual system that adapts to each client’s goals, fitness level and schedule rather than relying on standard plans.

Its four connected areas are boxing, functional strength training, athletic conditioning and practical nutrition guidance. Boxing develops conditioning, coordination and focus under pressure; strength work builds stability and functional movement; athletic training targets qualities such as speed, mobility and endurance; and nutrition coaching aims to support performance, recovery and physical goals without rigid prohibitions. Clients receive personal one-to-one guidance, beginning with a 15-minute performance check and proceeding through an assessment, tailored plan and ongoing adjustments.

Wüst draws on his experience as a former competitive boxer and his own reported 35-kilogram weight loss.
