## Description

Burns Elite Training (BET) is a basketball coaching and athlete-development brand led by Coach Burns, a collegiate basketball coach with nine years of experience and a background in strength and conditioning. Its mission is to use basketball to empower athletes, build commitment to individual skill development, and help players make an impact on and off the court. BET’s approach emphasizes three guiding principles: maintaining a positive, controlled attitude; embracing and excelling in every team role; and committing to the sustained effort required to reach goals. Coach Burns has created and overseen workouts for multiple Mitchell College programs in the campus fitness center, alongside her basketball coaching. Her accomplishments include helping Mitchell College win its first collegiate conference championship and make its first NCAA tournament appearance, as well as achieving the most wins in a single season in program history. She was named Coach of the Year for 2018–2019 and has coached more than 15 standout athletes.
