## Description

Coach Forman is a fitness and holistic wellness coaching brand founded by Lisa Forman, a certified personal training specialist and fitness instructor with more than 17 years of experience. Drawing on her background as a Canadian National Figure Competitor, as well as her experience with motherhood, postpartum change, burnout, and extreme dieting, Lisa supports women seeking sustainable improvements in their health, confidence, and energy.

The brand specializes in hormonal health, muscle building, and sustainable fat loss, particularly for women navigating postpartum recovery or other life transitions. Its eight-week Hormone & Stubborn Fat Loss Reset combines a health, hormone, and lifestyle assessment with a personalized plan and coaching support. Personalized Transformation Coaching is also available through the Coach Forman Wellness App, with customized nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle guidance, weekly one-to-one coaching, accountability, and ongoing support.

Coach Forman’s approach emphasizes practical, individualized habits rather than restrictive diets or extreme measures. The brand also offers a free guide and shares wellness tips, recipes, and educational content on hormone support and sustainable fat loss.
