## Description

Barbara Bischof – Coaching & Trauerbegleitung provides professional, compassionate support for individuals and organisations in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. Since 2015, Barbara Bischof has offered coaching for personal and professional challenges, alongside guidance for people experiencing grief. Sessions are available near Kiel, in Hamburg-Hummelsbüttel, online via Zoom or Skype, and, for grief support, at clients’ homes.

Her approach is empathetic, competent and holistic, helping clients build on their strengths and find a way forward that fits their needs. Coaching can support people in clarifying their wishes and goals, while organisational experience informs her work with workplace challenges, including support for managers and teams following a bereavement. Her grief services include individual guidance, group support and events, such as online gatherings for people grieving the loss of a beloved pet.

Barbara Bischof studied computer science and psychology and has further training in psychodrama, supervision, organisational development and systemic coaching. She is also certified as a grief counsellor by the Bundesverband für Trauerbegleitung. The practice welcomes enquiries and offers appointments by arrangement.
