## Description

Coach Jan is the professional practice of Jan Jacobs, a coach and accredited psychotherapist based in Mechelen, Belgium, with online sessions also available. Coaching since 2007, Jan supports people who feel overwhelmed by responsibilities, struggle to set boundaries, experience persistent overthinking, or feel stuck in work and life. His approach helps clients find greater calm, clarify what matters to them, and make choices that include their own needs. Clients can begin without knowing whether coaching or psychotherapy is the right fit; this can be explored together in an initial conversation. The practice offers individual guidance, group learning and exercises, and self-paced resources, including online training. Visitors can also take a short profile test to explore their natural ways of thinking, choosing, and relating to others. Free booklets and practical tools cover topics such as rumination, saying no, daily wellbeing, and personal values. Coach Jan also provides supervision, speaking engagements, workshops, and an agenda of group activities, alongside a blog, podcast, magazine, and Jan Jacobs’s book Sterker na de val.
