## Description

Coach Psychologist provides online mental health counseling and coaching in the Netherlands, with support tailored to expats, individuals, and organizations. Its approach combines cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, systemic perspectives, and coaching psychology, which emphasizes people’s strengths and potential. Through online sessions using Zoom and other social media platforms, clients can work on personal and professional challenges, develop self-understanding, and pursue meaningful goals.

Individual support addresses concerns such as adapting to life in a new country, cultural differences, isolation, relationships, grief, anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, confidence, and motivation. Work and well-being coaching helps clients identify strengths, solve problems, improve performance, build confidence, and prepare for career or role changes. Coach Psychologist also offers customized psychoeducational workshops for companies, covering topics such as stress management, burnout prevention, boundaries, difficult conversations, work-life balance, and supporting colleagues.

Services are personalized to clients’ needs and aim to provide practical tools for well-being and development. Based in Amsterdam, Coach Psychologist serves clients online and works with organizations to encourage open conversations about mental health.
