Coachr is a digital platform for football coaches and clubs in Sweden, bringing professional profiles, coaching resources, networking and recruitment together in one place. Coaches can create a free digital CV that presents their licences, experience, roles, football philosophy, tactical identity, availability and other relevant details. Profiles help clubs discover candidates and send invitations for coaching roles, while clubs can search by criteria such as role, level, age group and availability. The platform serves a wide range of football staff, including head and assistant coaches, goalkeeper and fitness coaches, analysts, scouts and sporting directors.

Coachr also offers a community where users can discuss tactics, share knowledge and connect with coaches and clubs across Sweden. Its exercise bank brings together more than 860 Swedish Football Association exercises, Coachr’s own resources, AI-generated activities and collections shared by other coaches. Users can create and edit drills on a tactical board, build training sessions, save or share exercises, and export plans as PDFs.
