## Description

CoachVille is a global community for life, business, and leadership coaches, founded in 2000 by life coaching pioneer Thomas Leonard. Led by CEO Dave Buck, it brings together coaches and people interested in personal growth through online classes, gatherings, and a shared focus on human potential. CoachVille describes coaching as guiding practice: an active, supportive process that helps people develop practical skills, mindsets, and strategies rather than relying solely on detached questioning or expert instruction.

The organization offers coach education, including an ICF-certified coaching program, a life coaching program, and a Foundation Certification Program. Its curriculum and learning resources emphasize transformation coaching, human connection, coaching mastery, and building coaching businesses. CoachVille also provides a membership community, a free resource center, a membership site, and the CoachVille app. Through its programs and community activities, it encourages coaches to practice and teach skills related to consciousness, connection, and creation, while supporting people in pursuing personal, professional, and leadership goals.
