COA Long Beach, also known as Christian Outreach in Action, is a non-denominational non-profit organization with a mission to transform the lives of homeless and impoverished individuals in Long Beach and its surrounding areas. The organization is devoted to helping these individuals achieve self-sufficiency and independence. With funding from foundations, corporations, associations, and individuals, COA offers various programs and services to the Long Beach community.

COA provides a range of essential services, including a food bank and pet food distribution, hot meals, diaper giveaways, clothing bank, legal advice, household goods, men's program, public bathrooms, hygiene kits, agency referrals, water station, Thanksgiving and senior programs, and children's Christmas gifts. They are also the only agency in Long Beach that offers hot meals every day of the week. For over 39 years, COA has been dedicated to assisting the local community by offering vital resources such as food, clothing, and legal aid.

They continue to make a significant impact on the lives of those in need and welcome anyone who requires their assistance
