## Description

Coastal Kids Nutrition is a specialised paediatric dietetic service based in Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast, supporting children and families with personalised, evidence-based nutrition care. The practice is led by Andrea Sheldon, an Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than 15 years of experience in paediatric nutrition, including prior work at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Its services cover infant feeding and growth, introducing solids, toddler nutrition, fussy or restrictive eating, and general dietary assessment. Coastal Kids Nutrition also provides support for allergies and intolerances, coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, reflux, iron deficiency, weight management, and other complex medical conditions. Care is available for children with developmental delays or disabilities, including oral nutrition support and tube feeding, and the practice welcomes NDIS self- and plan-managed participants. Appointments are offered face to face and via telehealth. The service aims to provide compassionate, family-centred guidance tailored to each child’s needs. Andrea is currently on maternity leave, with a gradual return planned from July 2026; appointments are unavailable until then.
