# Coastlines Wetsuits - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `coastlineswetsuits.co.nz` ## Description Coastlines Wetsuits is not just a brand, it's a culture. Founded in the mid-80s by a group of passionate surfers, Coastlines is driven by the belief that doing what you love is more valuable than simply owning something. With a shared love for adventure, local exploration, and the ocean, these surfers decided to create essential products that would allow them to fulfill their aquatic desires and celebrate the boundless borders of New Zealand. Coastlines Wetsuits understands the unique challenges faced by surfers in New Zealand, from harsh environments and volatile ocean conditions to extreme water temperatures and high winds. Over the years, the brand has evolved to become one of the largest developers of surf and water sports products globally. While originally focused on surfing, Coastlines now offers premium wetsuits for a range of water activities. They believe in feeling free and encouraging like-minded individuals to embark on more adventures, seeking those moments that truly make you feel alive. Respect, honesty, and inclusiveness are at the core of their brand. With a commitment to reliability and functionality, Coastlines Wetsuits aims to provide products that empower everyday surfers to fulfill their ocean adventures, goals, and pursuits. Their minimalist logo, featuring two stripes representing the islands of New Zealand, pays homage to their roots and the countless timber posts lining the fields where land meets sea.
