## Description

Welcome to COB! We are a network organization focused on gathering, developing, and sharing knowledge about underground space utilization. Our goal is to proactively, intelligently, and effectively address the challenges that come with renovating existing tunnels and constructing new ones. To achieve this, we have formulated a long-term vision for tunnels and established a research program called the Tunnel Program. This program includes three development lines: Civil Construction, Digitalization, and Creating Value in the Surrounding Environment. We also have working groups that conduct research at the intersection of these development lines. Our participants, including Antea Group Nederland, ARCADIS Nederland B.V., and BESIX S.A., play a crucial role in this program. Additionally, we offer educational programs, publications, and resources through our knowledge bank. Join us in shaping the future of underground construction!.
