The Colorado Collective Leadership Initiative (CLI) is a community-focused program sponsored by The Colorado Health Foundation and provided by the Center for Creative Leadership. CLI aims to address the persistent health disparities experienced by Colorado communities, despite the increased focus on health equity in recent years. The initiative brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, regardless of job title or skill level, to collaborate on tackling health equity challenges within their communities. Participants will engage in a virtual or in-person learning environment, where they will connect with community leaders, share resources, and work together on a common health equity challenge. The program emphasizes the development of eight key leadership capabilities, empowering individuals to prioritize health, exercise influence, and foster strong community connections.
