## Description

Codehance is an independent learning and field-notes project created by Kingsley Ijomah, an AI adoption lead at Gravity9 with more than 15 years of software-building experience. It shares his practical journey through using AI, working with AI, and building AI, drawing on lessons from real agentic systems and delivery work. The site is designed for curious people across engineering, product, quality, delivery, and beyond, whether or not they have an AI-related job title or technical background.

Codehance publishes articles and practical observations to help readers understand AI and apply it thoughtfully in their own work. Its topics include AI-assisted engineering, agentic delivery, workplace adoption, decision-making, and the skills that remain valuable as AI evolves. The project also explores how teams can develop a shared understanding, connect AI-enabled processes across requirements, implementation, testing, and verification, and build production systems with evaluation, guardrails, and observability. Its tone emphasizes honest experiments and useful learning over hype, fear, or jargon. Codehance is Kingsley’s personal project; its views do not represent Gravity9 or its clients.
