## Description

Codenames Online is a digital way to play the award-winning Codenames party game with friends. Presented by Czech Games Edition, the online experience brings the classic board game to a shared room that players can join remotely. To get started, enter a nickname, choose the preferred game settings, and start a game. Invite friends by sharing the room URL, then connect through a separate audio or video chat service while you play. The site also features Codenames Daily, offering another way to engage with the game, and provides an option to get the app. Its straightforward setup makes it easy for groups to organize a game together, whether they are gathering in person or connecting online. Codenames Online is designed around social play and access to the familiar Codenames experience through a web-based format. The service is associated with Czech Games Edition, whose team is credited on the site alongside game designer Vlaada. Players can also adjust the site's text size and select English as the displayed language.
