## Description

Cody Pardners is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Cody, Wyoming, supporting adults with disabilities in Park County. Founded in 2019 by parents and community supporters, the organization helps people discover and develop their strengths through work, recreation, mentorship, and community relationships.

Its central initiative, Pardners Café, opened in the Park County Library in 2022. The café provides vocational training and hands-on work experience, with Pardners working alongside mentor volunteers. It welcomes the community for lunch and serves food made with fresh ingredients. Café sales and donations help fund paid opportunities for Pardners and café managers.

Cody Pardners also offers social events, field trips, garden and craft activities, and ways for community members to volunteer, mentor, donate, or partner with the organization. Businesses can support its mission through corporate sponsorships and collaborations. Looking ahead, Cody Pardners is exploring plans for a residential community where adults with disabilities can live, work, and take part in recreation. Its work aims to build skills, confidence, inclusion, and meaningful connections.
