## Description

Coffs Combat Academy is a martial arts training facility in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, founded by Shane in September 2023. Built around a supportive, family-friendly community, the academy welcomes people of different ages and experience levels, from those training for fitness and enjoyment to amateur and professional fighters and competitors. Its programs include traditional Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, and children’s martial arts. The Tigers class introduces children aged four and older to martial arts basics through engaging activities, while children, adults, and women can access dedicated kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes. An invitation-only MMA class is also available. The kickboxing program draws on several striking styles, while Taekwondo develops technique, speed, discipline, respect, and confidence. Coffs Combat Academy is part of Team Lead for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu; its instructor Shane is a black belt under Professor Daniel Almeida and competes regularly. The academy aims to help members build physical skills and support their wellbeing in an inclusive environment, whether they want to compete or simply stay active and learn.
