## Description

CoFlow is the personal wellbeing and movement practice of Colette van den Hoogen, built around connection, movement and balance. Its purpose is to offer welcoming spaces where people can connect with themselves and others, strengthen their confidence, and explore personal growth through physical and body-focused activities. Colette offers Zenboxing in one-to-one, duo and group sessions, combining boxing or kickboxing with elements such as yoga. Sessions can support participants in releasing tension, building physical strength and resilience, practising boundaries, and finding greater calm and balance. Group classes can also be arranged for workplaces, retreats, gyms, yoga studios, workshops, events, camps and family outings, in consultation with Colette. CoFlow also offers meditation and women’s circles, which provide a supportive setting for connection, reflection and sharing. Circle activities may include meditation, yoga, sound bowls, breathing exercises and creative prompts. The approach emphasizes safety, openness, playfulness and self-acceptance, while welcoming people to explore what suits them. CoFlow also shares reflections and information through reviews, a podcast and a blog.
