## Description

Cogito Meum is a martial arts and self-defense school in Mönchengladbach-Rheydt, Germany, offering training for adults and children of varied ages, fitness levels, and experience. Its approach centers on adapting instruction to each person, with an emphasis on practical technique, timing, strategy, and confidence rather than show fighting or aggression. The main program is Kenpo Karate, taught in small groups and designed to support realistic self-protection in a controlled training environment. Other offerings include fitness boxing for exercise, stress relief, and conditioning; functional kettlebell training focused on strength and back fitness; and specialized classes for women, children, and people aged 45 and over. The school also provides therapy-oriented boxing. Cogito Meum highlights experienced instructors, including chief trainer Robert Fuhr, and aims to foster a welcoming community where participants receive individual guidance. Newcomers can try a free introductory week with no contract or obligation. Training takes place at Mühlenstraße 223A in Mönchengladbach-Rheydt, and sessions are available across the school’s different programs.
