## Description

COH, also known as Christian Outreach to the Handicapped, is an interdenominational not-for-profit organization that was founded in 1979. Their mission is to share God's love and provide communities of acceptance, joy, and hope for people with disabilities. They believe that every person, including those with disabilities, deserves to be recognized for their inherent worth and potential. COH offers a range of services and programs for individuals with disabilities, including day activity services, classes for children and teenagers with special needs, programs for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, as well as services for elderly clients with intellectual disabilities. They also engage in community integration projects with various partners to promote inclusion. Over the years, COH has achieved significant milestones, such as attaining full membership with the National Council of Social Service, becoming a registered charity, and gaining the status of Institute of Public Character. They have also opened Emmanuel Activity Centre and received recognition as Friends of MSF. To support their mission and initiatives, COH welcomes volunteers and donations. For more information or to get involved, you can visit their website or contact them via email or telephone.
