## Description

ColaJazz Foundation is a South Carolina nonprofit dedicated to enriching communities through jazz performances, education, and outreach. A 2021 Governor’s Award-winning 501(c)(3) organization, it works to make jazz accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds while supporting musicians and strengthening the state’s jazz scene.

Its education programs include summer jazz camps, ColaJazz Academy classes, adult jazz combo workshops, statewide radio shows on SC Public Radio, and school visits. Through Jazz for Kids concerts, appreciation programs, masterclasses, virtual workshops, and teacher support, ColaJazz has reached more than 10,000 students since 2019.

The foundation also presents year-round performances and events, including the Main Street Jazz Fest, Loft Sessions, Live in the Lobby concerts, club performances, and community concert series. Its programming ranges from intimate listening experiences to festivals and educational events, connecting audiences with jazz and its history. Based in Columbia, ColaJazz welcomes community participation through events, membership, donations, and sponsorships, advancing its guiding vision of jazz for all, by all.
