Welcome to Collaboratory, the greatest community problem-solving initiative in American history. Formerly known as the Southwest Florida Community Foundation, we have changed our name to reflect our bold new mission. Our goal is ambitious but crucial - to bring the Southwest Florida community together to solve all major social problems within the next eighteen years. And we don't plan on doing it alone. We believe in the power of collective action, uniting people of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs across all five counties. Just as NASA coordinated thousands of people to reach the moon, we are committed to building the infrastructure required to achieve this monumental task. Our website is designed to connect you to action, rather than overwhelm you with words and images. We are currently in the process of explaining our mission in detail through Explanation Sessions. If you're excited about making a difference, join us for an upcoming session. Existing fundholders can also look forward to enhanced relationships with our new Givers & Giving Department, ready to assist with your needs. We are reimagining what a community foundation can be and invite you to come along for the breathtaking journey.
