## Description

Collepaste is a family-run agricultural company based on the hills of Scanzorosciate, in Bergamo, Italy. Rooted in a long local winemaking tradition, the farm values careful vineyard work, conviviality and the distinctive flavors of its land. Its vineyards lie along the Serradesca ridge, where the area’s “Sass de Luna” geology contributes to the character of its wine.

The estate specializes in Moscato di Scanzo DOCG, a rare red passito wine made from Moscato di Scanzo grapes. Collepaste tends the vines and selects the grapes by hand, then patiently dries them before vinification. The result is a sweet wine with an intense, varied aroma and a distinctive, full flavor. The company produces on a small scale, with an average annual output of a few hundred bottles, and offers its wine in 375 ml bottles. The listed vintages include 2016 and 2017, both at 14% alcohol, with a recommended serving temperature of 14–16°C. Collepaste also welcomes questions about its story and products through its contact form.
